Like all developing countries, the Philippines has its own unique challenges. In particular, several major typhoons have impacted the country’s economic growth throughout recent years.

While the first Mentors International branch was opened more than 30 years ago, we are still expanding in order to best serve this country’s most in-need individuals and families. In 2018, the Davao region opened two new branches in the cities of Malita and Bansalan, respectively. In 2019, a new branch was opened in the city of Cagayan de Oro.

Since the first Mentors International branch opened, many lives have been transformed, but there are still more people in need of help. While there are many challenges in the Philippines, our mentors are working harder than ever to help the people of this beautiful country achieve sustainable self-reliance.
